By using Embrittery or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.

Embrittery offers custom and personalized embroidery products. The Design Studio provides a visual representation of your customization. Final placement and spacing will be professionally reviewed and optimized before production.

That review is intended to improve the production result, not to arbitrarily redesign your artwork or personalization.

If you submit artwork, logos, photos, text, or other content, you represent that you have the rights or permission needed for Embrittery to use it for the requested customization. Your artwork remains yours. You grant Embrittery a limited permission to process it only to provide the requested service, fulfill the order, and support it.

Product and customization pricing is shown before checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe. Shipping options and costs are calculated and selected during Stripe Checkout.

We work to keep product information and prices accurate. If an obvious error affects an order, we may contact you to clarify, correct, or cancel the affected order before production.

Custom embroidery requires production time. Please review our Shipping & Production information for the current fulfillment model.

Changes and cancellations are available only before production begins. Once digitizing, production preparation, or embroidery production has started, an order generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Because custom products are made for each customer, return and remedy eligibility is described in our Return Policy.

• Products, materials, colors, and services may change or become unavailable.
• Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or attempt to access systems or information without authorization.
• Do not use Embrittery content, tools, or services in a way that infringes another party's rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Embrittery is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

These terms do not currently designate a governing jurisdiction or venue. Any dispute-specific provision will be added after legal review. We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change; the current version will be posted here with its last-updated date.
