To create and fulfill custom work, we may also process customization details such as text, initials, thread-color choices, design selections, placement preferences, uploaded logos, photos, artwork, and other reference files. AmbroiderI requests and generated artwork are handled as customization information.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Embrittery does not receive or store complete payment card numbers through its website.

We use Supabase for application data and private file storage, Vercel for website hosting and infrastructure, Resend for transactional email delivery, Vercel Analytics for website analytics, Microsoft Clarity for behavioral analytics, and Sentry for technical error monitoring. Sentry helps us diagnose reliability issues without intentionally sending payment card information or customer artwork contents. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Embrittery.

Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as device, browser, interaction, and request data needed to operate the site, maintain security, and understand site usage. We use this information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the store, process payments, communicate with customers, host the site, and fulfill orders. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our customers, rights, and services. We do not grant marketing rights in customer-submitted artwork through this policy.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal, operational, and record-retention requirements. For order or customization questions, please include enough information for us to identify the relevant request.

Embrittery is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
