Current order communications describe an estimated production timeline of 10-14 business days before shipment. This is production time for custom embroidery, not a guaranteed carrier delivery date.

Before production, final placement and spacing may be professionally reviewed and optimized for the best result.

Shipping cost and the available shipping method are calculated and selected during Stripe Checkout. The current available option is Standard Shipping.

Carrier transit time begins after an order ships. Any carrier estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other events outside Embrittery's control.

Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail needs attention; changes may not be possible once production has begun.

We will send a shipping confirmation when your order ships. Tracking details are shared when available from the shipping carrier.
