Embroidery Care

Always follow the care label supplied with the garment, towel, bag, or accessory. That label takes priority over this general guidance because materials and construction vary by item.

• Wash according to the item's care label using a mild detergent.
• When appropriate for the item, turn embroidered apparel inside out before washing to help reduce surface abrasion.
• Avoid bleach and harsh treatment unless the item's care label specifically permits them.
• For towels and accessories, avoid washing methods that could snag embroidery or hardware.

• Use the drying method and temperature recommended on the item's care label.
• Avoid prolonged direct high heat on embroidery.
• Iron around embroidered areas when possible. If ironing near embroidery, use a protective cloth and follow the item's care label.

• Do not pull loose threads. Carefully trim only a loose end close to the fabric if needed.
• Store clean, dry items away from prolonged moisture and excessive heat.
• For bags and accessories, avoid overfilling or rubbing embroidered areas against rough surfaces.
